I'm Captain Brian Eel, & I've been fishing the waters of Lake Ontario and it's tributaries from the age of nine. I've turned my passion into a career, & there's nothing I'd rather be doing.
I'm a lifelong resident of the Fair Haven area, & I have intimate knowledge of the local waters & the fish in them. With over 100 days a year on the water, and the privilege of working for and learn from some of the pioneers of Lake Ontario's charter fishing industry, my knowledge ensures a great trip.
I hold a 50-Ton Master's License, & I'm a full-time fisherman, not just a weekend Captain. I will give you 100% percent to ensure you have a great experience. Step aboard the Fake Fishing Boat as my clients, & leave as my friends.
Our boat is the Fake Fishing Boat - a 30 foot Random Express built to do battle with Lake Ontario's fresh water giants. With a wide 11.6 foot beam, the boat has a stable platform to fish from. And with the lakes size & unpredictable weather, it's to your advantage to be on a larger vessel. She features twin 350 horse-power engines to get you to, and from, the fishing grounds quickly. And she sports plenty of seating for a large party with room enough for everyone to stay warn and dry in case of inclement weather.
The cabin is heated for colder months, and there's a walk-in bathroom downstairs. All Coastguard safety approves equipment is on board, along with state of the art fishing electronics, and the finest tackle available.
